  • We’re introducing a new app to enhance your experience with improved functionality, easier self-service options, and 24/7 account access to check your balance and transaction history anytime, anywhere.

  • We will let you know when the new app becomes available on our website, this page and via the existing app.

  • Without the new app, you’ll need to call or email us for any account management or order queries, including placing orders. To ensure uninterrupted LPG supply, we encourage you to download the new app as soon as it becomes available.

  • You can download the new app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store when it becomes available. A direct link will be provided on our website, this page, and via the existing app.

  • Once downloaded, follow the in-app setup instructions. It’s quick and easy, and we’re here to help if you need assistance. Ensure you have your customer number handy. Your registration details from the existing app won’t work.

  • Yes, simply use your existing Rockgas customer number and register on the new app. Your registration details from the existing app won’t work.

Remember

When the new app launches, the old app won’t work. So just ditch it from your device once you’ve got the new app registered and up and running.
