We’re introducing a new app to enhance your experience with improved functionality, easier self-service options, and 24/7 account access to check your balance and transaction history anytime, anywhere.

The existing Rockgas app will stop working on 12 May. From this date, you will need the new app to manage your account and LPG orders.

Without the new app, you’ll need to call or email us for any account management or order queries, including placing orders. To ensure uninterrupted LPG supply, we encourage you to download the new app as soon as it becomes available on the 12 May.

You can download the new app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store starting 12 May. A direct link will be provided on our website, this page, via the existing app and through email communication.

Once downloaded, follow the in-app setup instructions. It’s quick and easy, and we’re here to help if you need assistance. Ensure you have your customer number handy. Your registration details from the existing app won’t work.

When the new app launches, the old app won’t work. So just ditch it from your device once you’ve got the new app registered and up and running.
